One-time details for BSE Periodic Reporting (General/Website/Social/Bank/NISM/UPI schedules) — fill once, reused on every periodic report export
Your own name/SEBI registration/disclaimer link — used across every client-facing message, invoice, PDF report, and the public landing page. Fill this in once when you first set up RA OS.
Upload the actual image instead of pasting a URL — shown in your site header (Logo) and the browser tab icon (Favicon). Applies to your own domain/subdomain, B2C or B2B alike.
Upload your own signed SEBI Investor Charter PDF — it's attached to every new client's Welcome Kit email and dashboard automatically.
Upload your own Client Agreement + MITC PDF — used for Digio's Aadhaar OTP e-sign and the consent-click flow instead of the platform's default document. No separate Digio-side step needed — RA OS re-uploads this file to Digio fresh on every sign request.
Controls the Client Agreement sign step for your REGULAR clients (frontend/client/sign-agreement.html) only — not the separate Educational CMS student signup, which has its own independent toggle. Digio Aadhaar OTP is always offered. Off by default: only Digio shows, and the "drawn signature" fallback card is hidden from new signers. Turning this off never affects a client who already signed (or is mid-signing) via the consent-click method — their record and the underlying route both keep working.
Optional — only relevant if your practice is GST-registered (many individual RAs aren't). If you're registered as a Private Limited Company/LLP/Partnership rather than an individual, GST is typically taken in the company's own name, not yours personally — fill in the company details below in that case.
Record-keeping only — RA OS does not file on the GST portal for you. Track what's due, filed status, acknowledgment number, and keep the filed-return proof on file for audit/inspection.
| Period | Type | Due Date | Status | Filed Date | Acknowledgment No. | Proof |

Mandatory content for the Welcome Kit (email + Telegram) sent to every new client — SEBI requires the Compliance Officer's contact details and both addresses to be clearly disclosed. Also feeds the BSE Periodic Reporting "General Details" schedule. Fill this in once; it's reused everywhere automatically.
Only relevant if "Number of Branches" above is greater than 0 — add one entry per branch.
General point of contact for the RA practice (may be the same person as the Compliance Officer/Principal Officer for a solo individual RA).
N/A for a plain individual RA — only fill in if your legal structure has an MD/Managing Partner.
Empty for an individual RA — add one entry per other director/partner.
Empty for an individual RA — add one entry per 10%+ shareholder.
Use your own Telegram bot and WhatsApp Business number instead of the platform default — leave a field blank to keep its current saved value.
A copy of every Welcome Kit sent to a client is also sent to your OWN Telegram here, so you see exactly what each client received. Message your bot with /start once first (the bot can only DM a chat that has started it). Leave blank to turn this off.
One OR MORE groups per category (Equity, Options, Futures, etc.) — every duration variant (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) of that category shares the same group(s), so dispatch only needs to pick a category, not each individual plan. A combo plan (e.g. "Options Combo Plan (Index + Stock)") needs its clients added to BOTH the Index Option and Stock Option groups — click "+ Add another group" under that category and add both group chat ids. Any category can have any number of groups (0, 1, 2, or more) — this isn't limited to combo plans specifically.
Two setup steps still need a human (Telegram doesn't allow either to be automated): (1) create your bot by messaging @BotFather, and (2) add that bot to each group and promote it to Admin (a bot can't add/promote itself, for security reasons). Once that's done, paste the bot token above and click "Detect My Groups" below — no need to manually find each group's numeric chat id via a third-party bot anymore.
Save your bot token above first, then register the webhook so replies show up in Telegram Inbox.
Set this webhook URL in your Meta App dashboard:
By default, emails to your clients (Welcome Kit, OTPs, invoices, notifications) are sent through the platform's shared account. Set up YOUR OWN sender below using either option — Resend (recommended, lets you send from your own branded domain) or Gmail SMTP (simpler — a free Gmail account with an App Password, sends as that Gmail address). You can fill in one or both; Resend is tried first if both are set, with your own Gmail as the automatic backup if Resend fails. Leave everything blank to keep using the shared default.
Gmail: use a Gmail account with 2-Step Verification turned on → generate an App Password at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords (NOT your normal Gmail password). Titan Mail / custom: use your mailbox's own SMTP host, port, and password from your provider's account settings.
Sends a real test email to your own admin login address, through whichever provider is actually configured (Resend, or the free Gmail SMTP fallback if Resend fails) — confirms end-to-end delivery is working right now.
Choose which of your own connected broker accounts powers live Market Analysis — live prices on the Watchlist, and the contract/lot/expiry auto-fill on Trade Dispatch. Each broker can be switched on or off independently, and switching one off never deletes its credentials — flip it back on any time without re-entering anything. Exactly one broker is the active source at a time. You connect your OWN broker account and see your OWN data; nothing is shared between accounts.
Connect your OWN broker account to power the live P&L view (Live Performance Tracker) on Trade Dispatch (view-only, no download) — for your own internal use only. Live prices flow during market hours (9:15am–3:30pm IST). The token expires daily, but with Daily Auto-Login (below) ON the server refreshes it for you every morning before the market opens — no manual reconnect needed. (Use Connect only for a one-time first setup, or if auto-login is off.)
The access token expires daily. Enter your broker login credentials once and the server auto-refreshes the token every morning before market open — no manual reconnect. Your TOTP secret & PIN are encrypted and never shown again.
Get the TOTP secret: myaccount.fyers.in → Manage Account → Login via External 2FA (TOTP) → enable it and copy the KEY, then paste it here. After saving, click Refresh Token Now to test.
Choose which payment method(s) your clients see on their payment step. Valid UPI is a free, manual-verification alternative to Razorpay — you confirm each payment yourself using the client's UTR.
By default your clients' Razorpay payments are processed through the platform's shared account. If you'd rather collect your OWN clients' payments directly into YOUR OWN Razorpay account, enter your own Key ID/Secret below. Leave these blank to keep using the shared default — nothing changes until you fill this in.
payment_link.paid, payment.captured, and payment.failed:
A second option alongside Razorpay for collecting your OWN clients' payments — enter your own PhonePe Business credentials below. Only one gateway is active for your clients at a time; pick which one below once your credentials are saved.
A THIRD, independent payment method alongside Razorpay/PhonePe/Valid UPI — enable it below (Payment Methods card above) once your credentials are saved here. Unlike the Active Payment Gateway selector above, Cashfree can be offered to clients AT THE SAME TIME as Razorpay — it isn't part of that either/or choice. Get your Client ID/Secret from Cashfree's Merchant Dashboard → Developers → API Keys.
A FOURTH, independent payment method alongside Razorpay/PhonePe/Cashfree/Valid UPI — enable it below (Payment Methods card above) once your credentials are saved here. PayU can be offered to clients AT THE SAME TIME as the others. Get your Merchant Key/Salt from PayU's own onboarding dashboard (Developer → API Keys).
Lets YOUR clients connect their own broker account for one-click Model Portfolio execution (see CLAUDE.md's Model Portfolio Phase 3). This is your org's own registered OAuth "App" with each broker — never a client's login credentials, which RA OS never receives or stores. Register a free developer App on the broker's own site to get an App ID/Secret, then enter it below. Leave a broker unconfigured to simply not offer it to your clients.
By default your trade calls are submitted to PaRRVA through the platform's shared enrolment. If you have your OWN SEBI RA registration and PaRRVA enrolment, enter your own Enrolment ID/Password/URLs below so YOUR trade calls get filed under YOUR OWN enrolment, not the platform's. Leave these blank to keep using the shared default — nothing changes until you fill this in.
Required for compliance — a B2B tenant's client KYC/e-sign must run under their own Digio/CVL KRA registration, not the platform's shared account. By default your clients' e-sign requests are sent through the platform's shared Digio account. If you have your OWN Digio account (in your own personal/SEBI-registration name), enter your own Client ID/Secret below so YOUR clients sign under YOUR OWN Digio account, not the platform's. Leave these blank to keep using the shared default — nothing changes until you fill this in.
Required for compliance — a B2B tenant's client KYC must run under their own CVL KRA registration, not the platform's shared account; one RA-tenant's KYC checks may never run through another RA's shared account. By default your clients' KYC checks are sent through the platform's shared CVL KRA account. If you have your OWN CVL KRA account (in your own personal/SEBI-registration name), enter your own credentials below so YOUR clients' KYC is checked under YOUR OWN CVL KRA account, not the platform's. Leave these blank to keep using the shared default — nothing changes until you fill this in.
All 6 fields are required together before your own account is used — a partially-filled set falls back to the shared default, same as leaving everything blank.
Show a real, SEBI PaRRVA-verified track-record section on your own public site (profitxresearch.com for the default account; your own microsite for a B2B tenant), reading live from GET /api/parrva-output/public/performance. Off by default — nothing appears on your public site until you turn this on.
This section only shows real performance data once PaRRVA has enough trade history to report — until then, visitors see an honest "building our verified track record" message instead of a broken or empty box.
One-click backup of your entire RA OS account data (same content as the "Export All Data" button in Reports) straight into your own Google Drive, on a daily schedule — no manual download/upload needed. Free for the default account; a paid add-on (Settings → Add-ons) for every other organization.
Add a second login step (an authenticator app code) on top of your password. Recommended — this login has access to every client's KYC, payment, and agreement data.
Sign in with your fingerprint/Face ID instead of typing your password — an additional sign-in method, your password still works too. Registered on THIS device only; add a passkey separately on each computer/phone you use.
Add extra email addresses that can log into this SAME account — useful if your phone/primary inbox isn't always reachable. Each one must be verified (a code is emailed to it) before it works for login — this stops anyone from claiming an email they don't actually control. Add as many as you need.
Your organization's identity-verification documents (SEBI registration, GST, PAN, bank proof, Aadhaar, video KYC) — add or remove any of these at any time, whether or not your organization has already been approved.
Choose how you get alerted for each type of notification — dashboard (the 🔔 bell, top-right of every page), email, and desktop (a real OS notification via the "Enable Desktop Alerts" button in the bell panel, once you've turned it on once).
